Prevest Research Institute is equipped with a High Performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), a chromatographic technique used to separate components of mixture for the purpose to identify, quantifies or purifies the individual components of the mixture. We have an HPLC Model:  Agilent 1260 Infinity II, with G7111A- 1260 Infinity II Quaternary Pump VL; Max Pressure: 400bar with integrated 4-channel degassing unit. Vials sampler: G7129C-1260 Infinity II Vialsampler for use up to 800 bar and a 100 sample loop plus integrated needle flush port. The instrument is having the detector: G7115A-1260 Infinity II Diode Array Detector WR which provides 120 Hz data acquisition.

Our HPLC systems are equipped with UV-visible, fluorescence and Diode Array detector (DAD) detectors. The system has a multitude of set-ups and combination and has capability of delivering both isocratic and gradient solvent elution with various flow rates. A wide range of separations are performed on the instrument, encompassing both normal and reverse phase conditions; with a wide variety of column chemistries utilized for purification, quantitative and qualitative analysis.

High Performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is widely used in various fields such as Pharmaceuticals, bioanalytical, food and beverage, clinical, environmental and drug development and research laboratories. We are checking the active ingredients in our formulations during the process of their discovery, development and manufacturing (both qualitative and quantitative). Before batch manufacturing process, all raw materials are checked for purity, identity and quality. The same parameters are checked for the finished products also.
